The NannyPay Pay Stub, which may be printed in short or full page format (see preferences), is similar in content to the typical pay stub generated by commercial employers or payroll services. It contains the following information:
Employer's name, address, and telephone number
Employer's EIN number
Employee's name, address, and telephone number
Employee's Social Security number (SSN)
The Pay Period ending date
Check number
Check date
Current and YTD Gross Earnings
Current and YTD Hours (full page format only)
Current and YTD Overtime (OT) Hours (full page format only)
All Current and YTD Deductions
Current and YTD Total Deductions
Current and YTD Net Pay
To print your household employee's pay stub, simply scroll to the desired transaction in the Payroll Check window and click the "Print Stub" button. You can also print from the toolbar and file menus and from the Register window.
NannyPay's Quarterly reports track quarterly salary payments and deductions for state reporting purposes, if necessary. The NannyPay Quarterly Report contains the following information:
Employer's name, address, and telephone number
Employer's EIN number
Employee's name, address, and telephone number
Employee's Social Security number (SSN)
The relevant quarter
Quarterly Gross Earnings
All Quarterly Deductions
Hours
Overtime Hours
To view and print a quarterly report go to the "Reports" menu and click on "Quarterly Withholding Report." You will then be presented with the following window:

Choose the quarterly report you wish to print and then click "View." You will then be presented with a preview window from which you can view the report or print it if you desire.
The employer liability report estimates your quarterly and year-to-date liability for federal and state income tax withholding and contributions, and tracks your household employee's total FICA and FUTA wages as of the date of the report. The liability report is useful for keeping track of amounts you have withheld from your household employee's wages and for additional contributions you will owe the government. Please remember that the liabilities shown on the report are only estimates of your expected tax liabilities.
