Your NannyPay subscription may not have automatically renewed for several reasons, such as you were a prior desktop user whose subscription was converted to the Cloud app last year, your credit card on file with us was expired, or because you opted-out of our auto-renewal feature last year.
Once an auto-renewal payment fails, our system will not attempt to recharge the card or renew the subscription again even if you later update your payment information.
If your auto-renewal failed for any reason, you will need to renew “manually” by visiting our website (Buy NannyPay) and purchase a new Cloud subscription using the same email address on file with us. You can choose at that time whether to opt-in or opt-out of auto-renewal for next year. Your data will be unaffected, and provided you purchase the new subscription using the same email address your renewal subscription will be tied to your existing payroll data file. Be sure to renew at the same level license you previously were using.
Once your renewal purchase is confirmed, simply log back into NannyPay Cloud as usual and your access credentials should be good for another year from your date of purchase.
