How To Delete a Payroll Transaction

How do you delete a payroll transaction?

There are two methods for deleting a payroll transaction: (1) Use the delete button on the Home screen; or (2) delete the transaction form the payroll register screen.

On the Home Screen

On the Home Screen

1. On the Home screen, select the desired employee from the employee list. Navigate to the transaction you wish to delete. Click the “Delete Transaction” button.

On the Payroll Register Screen

2. On the payroll register screen, select the desired employee from the employee list. Then select the transaction you wish to delete and click in the trash can icon.
